Very Upset

My son went to fetch his wife at the Cape Town international airport, he parked in the parking area, paid for his ticket, he inserted the ticket into the machine, the boom went up and then all of a sudden came down on his car before they could get out... His car is now damaged and I do not know who to contact at the Airport parking, to lay a complaint. Could someone please get back to me asap, from the parking at the Cape Town International Parking, as I am so upset about my car being damaged. They can check on the camera's that he did not hesitate and take his time getting out... the boom just came crashing down on his car. It was on the 23rd of November and they can check their camera's to see exactly what happened... PLEASE can someone in charge contact me before I take this further.
