I bought a voucher from Bid or Buy it's a holiday voucher which accommodate you for a minimum of 2 nights to maximum of 10 nights After buying the voucher they said I should pay R80 for reservation which I did and faxed the deposit slip and voucher which was a surprise bday present to my sister on the 17/04/2014-20/04/2014, I communicated with Shirley at first then I was sent to Sibo who was the one to deal with my reservation last week friday Sibo promised to send me confirmation of my bookings even today I haven't receive any information from them I feel like they are reaping people off I spoke to agent who sold me the voucher and he promised to deal with it still waiting for respond and I respond then I called Sibo she promised to give me feedback tomorrow I'm still waiting.
