Not getting what I'm paying for - I want out!

Tracker unit has damaged to my car battery & I've been without for 3 weeks. Tech will confirm tomorrow - I bought & installed a new car battery; removed factory fitted car alarm, leaving the tracker responsible for draining my new car battery. New battery was charged & removed the alarm & still won't start the next day. Not proficient - called Mon, 4 Nov about my troubles & assumption. A request was put thro for a tech to contact to arrange testing of unit (takes 3 days). Called on Thurs for status update - no call - request was put through incorrectly on Mon! Lady assured she would put thro as high priority & I'd get a call by end of day. Called back later - another agent promised to email Dbn manager & to follow up so he calls me. Fri - no call - A lady helped & I got a call an hour later. In Sept the fob needed reactivating - there are no quality control procedures to ensure products are in working order, no follow up at the least when I contacted for help reactivating the fob. - I don't want this product, it's of no use to me, I've never claimed in 7 yrs now. To terminate costs 2k - take the unit back, it's new (installed Jun '12) - destroyed my car & incurred more costs to me!
