Tracker Connect
Tracker Unit damaging my vehicles Battery

I have been with Tracker for 9 years. I had problems with my cars battery and had to replace my battery, as something was continually drawing power and shortening the batteries life span. The life span on the old tracker units battery is 5 years and then it draws from the vehicles battery. So it is most likely the tracker unit that is drawing the power. I called to have the battery checked or the unit replaced and got told I must pay a fee. So I enquired with other companies & found that the tracker premium was high, I called to cancel and got offered a better rate and when I said no it is still not good enough, I got offered an even better rate, which still wasn't good enough, so I cancelled. I asked that the unit be removed and was told a call out fee would be charged. I have thankfully never needed tracker, and continued to pay, amounting to over R11 000 over the years. I must now pay for a unit that should have been upgraded or checked as part of my monthly premium to be removed from MY VEHICLE. I don't know where it is and never installed it and it is damaging the battery. Then to have a team leader (Moses) speak to me rudely, tops the whole thing. Great way to keep business!!
