I have had my Sandero Stepway since July 2013. I've had problems with the radio from day one, it keeps breaking up and is always searching for signal. This has been reported to Renault numerous times. The radio has been replaced three times yet the problem persists. The second radio was installed and returned to Renault Welkom the same day, not only was both the radio and the CD player not working but they damaged my centre console which had previously been replaced by Renault Alberton who also damaged it when 'working' on the radio. I had to collect a new radio once again at Blaupunkt which to my disappointment is also faulty. It has been reported to Renault The Glen but I'm still waiting for correspondence. I strongly suggest Renault SA replace it ASAP and NOT with another Blaupunkt unit. If not I'll be forced to take further steps as going to the ombudsman and writing a report to Car Magazine to publish.
