Trying to cancel a contract

I have been a customer of Matrix for 91/2 years and I sold my vehicle - I have 5 months left of my contract and the settlement they have offered me is basically R100 less than if I paid it every month - not only is this the most frustrating situation - but it has taken me a month to even get to this point - I have checked with the CPA and they state that there should be a reasonable settlement offered - this is not reasonable at all. No-one seems to be able to negotiate this and its impossible to get hold of someone can make a decision.
