Shocking attitude

After any repair of any vehicle for the above mentioned company there is ALWAYS an issue to pay whether it's price, discount etc. We always show the discounted amount on our invoice, then they disect the invoice and always ask for further discounts and still take weeks to pay. We always go beyond our means to help them with their vehicles and service yet payment is always an issue! After a very big favour was done recently with regards to one of their vehicles now payment is an issue and they're refusing to pay. I don't know why they feel like they can bully us small businesses like this but the big wheel turns and it will come back to them in some way or another!!! Owner very arrogant!!! We're a small brake & clutch business who offer great service and price and yet always end up on the losing end!!!
