FALSE ADVERTISING

3 weeks ago I looked at Auto pedigree website, looking for a small car. On it were several vehicles being advertised that suited me - Hyundai Atos 2010 @ approx R 65000.
When I indicated my interest in a particular vehicle, it was no longer available, and so was the 4 other similar vehicles being advertised. The head office promised me they would come back to me with a similar vehicle at the same price but they did not. I was contacted by salespeople trying to sell me other more expensive vehicles.
Today, 3 weeks later, all those same vehicles are still being advertised. I checked the 1 at Southgate - no longer available! I am sure the others are also not available.
Surely, this is false advertising.
