POOR service

My vehicle was booked in for fitment today for 14h00, i called in at about 11:10 asking, "if i bring my vehicle in earlier, will it be finished earlier.
? "
Yes i was told by the lady sitting in reseption, i had my vehicle here by 11:45, expecting them to start working on it by 12:00,
2 /3 hours i get told,
I ge back to the shop at 15:30 and get told it will take another hour or so...
Now taking into accout their lunch time of an hour, it calculates to 3/4 hours,
The least the could have done was call me to say they are running late, now i look like a to my clients cos i mad a booking with them
Upon what i was told!!!
I mean... REALLY!!!
Do you not have any idea what client service is, or should i say... You do not have any idea what client service is
And to top it all off, four of my clients told me not to use motor sonic due to a fairly poor name they have with respect to service
