I recently tested my complex panic alarm.
The reaction officer was rude and and even swore at me.
He told me I am wasting his time and I told him that this is not the way to speak to clients and I would take this up with head office.
I told him I would take the matter up with his manager. He's reply was that I can take it up with anyone he does not care.
I received a call from the Operations Manager and met with him.
He explained the procedure on panic alarms. I explained this was not explained.
He said Beagle Watch is a Militant Organization and started getting rude.
I told him in that case I would like to cancel the contract he said that's fine he does not need my business.

I spoke to the director and he said he would address the matter.

I received a letter to say that client services will be included in training going forward???
No apology for bad service or the manner in which the reaction unit or Ops manager had spoken to the security or myself?

I have put in a notice to cancel and will spread the news on a rude reckless militant organization.
