26/10/13 i had a interview with a security company called SPS sikwekwe protection for a site managers position, in the interview the owner: Francois Enslin asked me about previous jobs as site manager with salary ext. afterwards he told me that he cannot start me with the same salary from previous workplace, and that he is willing to start me with R6500, 00 as site manager (acording to me a verbal agreement - salary and position) 27/10/13 SPS operations manager phones me and tells me that he have a site manager position open for me due to the fact that the previous manager is having a hearing and will be suspended... i agreed and this Francois Schreuder came to pick me up to go show me the site (Freshmark) in Brackenfell Cape Town. He told me that the job will be from Monday to Friday 07h00-17h00 and that SPS will give me traveling allowance for the month to travel to and fro. 28/10/13 when he brought me my contract i noted that verbal agreement and written agreement is not the same (R1500, 00 less and position as a contract supervisor) when i asked about it, the owner jumped on his horse-my problem is: i worked for 4days on the site and they don't want to pay me
