Deteriorating service and poor workmanship

Joined this Beagle Watch when they first started their services in this suburb. This was after promised and explanations and answers for every question and challenge that I posed. The main concern that I have was how the response guards will be able to enter properties that were locked or have electrical gates.
Beagle's solution was that a key safe will be installed outside the entrance gate. So how secure is this safe? I was ensured that it is bolted onto the wall and nobody will be able to remove it. I insisted that Beagle install the safe themselves.

On 6/7 January this year the wireless intercom system was. I sent a mail to Beagle advising them to warn the people in the area that this happened. Neither confirmation of my mail nor any warning followed. Why?

On the 10 of January I noticed that my key safe was gone. On closer inspection I realized that it was secured by short screws that only penetrated the plaster and not even touched the brickwork. This was brought under the attention of Beagle Watch. 3 promises to phone me came to nothing.

Since then my alarm was triggered a number of times. How was I serviced if there was no entry to the premises? Please explain...
