Contract Upgrade not honoured

MTN Corporate advised me that I was eligible for an upgrade. Evelyn (call operator for MTN) sent an e-mail detailing the promotion deals available to me. After reviewing it, I found one which suited my budget. The combo deal included a Sony Xperia Z and Tablet costing R359 per month on a MTN Anytime 200, which I requested. The deal was approved and Evelyn advised that I would receive the devices within 7 working days. 7 days later, no communication and no devices. I called 011 9914740 and spoke to Evelyn enquiring why I did not receive the devices. She advised me that MTN had made an error in the pricing. Being very upset by this news and the fact that nobody from MTN had the decency to call and advise me of the error, I asked to speak to the Supervisor. I was transferred to Calvin. He advised me that as the Consumer Protection Act prevailed on this matter, MTN would honour the deal as this was MTNs' error and I would receive my devices within 48 hours. 48 hours later, no devices. Numerous calls, apologies and promises of a call to me by another Line Manager (Aman Panday), I am still without the devices. I would like to understand MTN's policy on Treating Customers Fairly.
