New external beams have been false alarming since installation in July. The same technician has come out at least 3 times with little success despite a request to send a different one. I then asked to speak to technical managers but get put on hold. My calls don't get returned. Eventually I made enough noise and sent an email via their website and a technical manager and 2 technicians arrived 2 days ago, find and fix the instillation problem identified. Today the system gives a trouble light warning and no amount of phone calls gets me past the call centre who keep trying to fix the problem over the phone. Tried that, no joy. How do I get a system to work or how do I get my money back?
