Pathetic

Its been nearly an hour since my alarm has gone off and I am still waiting for a call from chubb!!! This is not the first time this has happened and I know it wont be the last, my alarm has gone off a numerous amount of times and if I am lucky enough to get a call I dont even get asked for my password. I am STILL waiting for feed back from the so called managers. I pushed both my panic buttons, a total amount of four times and I get a call EIGHT MINUTES later, I demand to cancel and then I get told I have to give them a three month cancelation notice .. This is not a joke you are being paid to look after your customers and protect them and not to take their money and forget about them as you are doing!!! I will never suggest your company to anyone not even my worst enemy because all your company is, is a waist of time and money...
