I had purchased a vehicle, the windscreen was damaged and part of the sale agreement was that the windscreen be sorted out for the sale to be concluded. the windscreen was replaced 3 times due to poor quality of work. the company employed to change windscreen was employed by VW. due to the frequent replacement of the windscreen the vehicle has now been damaged and due to negligence on the part of VW and their contractors, now i am faced with these problems.
i have never in my life been treated in this manner with such a disregard for customer service.
i would never advise anyone to do business with these guys.
