Chubb is defrauding Protea City Clients

We called Chubb on 21/09/2013 to enquire about their visibility in Protea City, the Callcenter agent informed us that they do not cover Protea City, he then tasked us to activate our alarm and ignore the calls 3- 4 times until we receive a call from the response dept. We did as we were told 2 hours later the call centre agent called my husband to confirm that they are outside our house, he then asked them which house as he was home n there was no one outside, the call center agent then connected us to the response guy who knew nothing about being in Protea city we were then referred back to the call center whereby we were transferred to the Dispatch manager who confirmed that out area is not covered we have been paying for nothing n referred us to Chubb in Roodeport.23 Sept we went to Roodeport spoke to Chris who confirmed that we have a monitoring and response alarm system though they just monitor in the area n also claimed that the response team was at our home on 21 Sept which was not true and he Promised to escalate it with the dispatch department at head office. NO FEEDBACK TO DATE I WANT MY REFUND FOR THE PAST 3YRS WITH INTEREST! Matter with the escalated with CPA n Ombuds
