ADT did not respond to alarm call

I live in Florida Park but work in Bryanston. I received a call from ADT call centre at 13:57 yesterday stating that my alarm had gone off. I explained that I was at work. The caller said they would send a car around to see if they could see any problems. I explained that they would not be able to enter the yard but asked them to please check as well as they could. I do not believe that anyone from ADT bothered to go to my house as there was no slip in the postbox when I got home. I am quite sure that when I told ADT they would not be able to enter the premises, they just didn't bother to follow up.
Please do not try and tell me that your security staff went to my house and forgot to leave a slip because I do not believe that. This is the second complaint in a month, the last time ADT took 20 minutes to respond to an emergency. The reason why I am writing this complaint on HELLOPETER is because I do not want to phone up to complain, only to get a 'Oh we are really sorry'.
ADT, you must know that APCAN's customer base in Florida is growing. Next slip up from you and I'm definitely going to APCAN.
