Not communicating properly with customers

I have been a member of ADT security since January 2010, I was not able to pay monthly installment in April, july and september 2013. I have never received a call or a letter informing me that i will no longer get assistance until i pay the outstanding fee. ADT was going to keep on debiting my account while they know that i will not get any assistance.
