LETTER OF DEMAND FOR A CARTRACK THAT YOU WIN!!!

We received an letter in connection for cartrack, that according to you we either refused, failed, neglected to pay. According to your letter you give us 10 business days after the date of the letter to pay the outstanding amount or bring the account up to date. There is just a few faults on your "demand" which you try to force down on us.
In 2008 a garage in Sasolburg called Albert's Auto had a promotion running together with MOTORIGHT and CARTRACK were you buy at there shop and you are entered into a draw were you can win jackets and cash prizes and the big price were the unit for CARTRACK. Unfortunately for me, I won the unit for car track. I was informed that the unit is my property and not the property of cartrack and that it is a month to month contract. I spoke to a lady in the Vanderbijlpark branch, Zarlien Coetzee and she also informed me that is how it works. It is not a contract that I entered between myself and cartrack. It is mere like a pay as you go, if you pay you have coverage and if you do not pay you do not have coverage. The installed the device at my place of work and we tried it for a few months. The service which we received from cartrack was not that great
