No more EA24

I have had problems with EA24 from day 1. Ryno who had to come and see me for a quote was late. They charge me a full installation when they only had to change from 1 alarm system to there system. (Change the server board) I ask for a keypad to be installed... they charged me for this and never installed this. I paid them cash for 6 months in advance, the account lady phoned me the following month asking for the money? They had to active the sms notifications and when it did not work I get told that they do not have money for the bundle??? I ask them to activate the sms notifiction when the power fails and nothing yet? They said it the unit and they send the technicians to me they say the people internally do not know what they are doing. I phoned Henry the owner and he promised to phone me back by Monday. That was 2 weeks ago... DONT go there man
