We moved in Januarie to a new house. They came to install our alarm system and it was not done right. Firstly they used tape to fix our alarm box cables. Our main eye wasn't working. That we found out 6 months on by the way. We had to buy a new battery twice. And it made a peeping sound for 3weeks on end before they came afrer I said ill rip the system out the wall. That was the 3rd time this year it made that peep sound for more then a week. They came out 3 times all together. When the second guy came I said to him its not the battery. He insisted that it was. Needless to say two days later same problem starts. Went on for 3months before seeing them again. Eventually its working for the first time since January. And after receiving countless smse about our battery all hours day and night. Now we received a letter from the lawyer they are sueing us for each time they where here and all the xtras. If they just fixed it first time around no one would have been unhappy.
