I just the most wonderful experiance with Kevin Mabuya of Dial Direct, I've shopping for insurence for a while now on most I had to hung up on the agent as for their poor service, but Kevin made me see that he was there to give me the best service ever, he explained every thing in detail and made sure I understood everything and was very patient with me when there was something I did not understand and wanted him to repeat it for me. I am looking forward to a nice long relationship with dial direct, their excellent customer service was well present to the first person I spoke to and I was sold I had to join their family, and this they managed without bad mount ing the insurence company that I was with, .Thank you so much Kevin.
