Selling bad quality LED downlighters

I bought 30 LED 12V downlighters from Cameratron in Edenvale. There are cheaper units on the market, but I figured Cameratron were reputable, and would stand by their products. Within 9 months the first one failed, at just under a year a total of 6 had failed. I returned these to Cameratron only to be told there is no guarantee on these products, and they will send them back to China for evaluation. I was not happy with this, and I was told thats all they can do. They were not prepared to replace the failed products.
