Still no satisfaction

I recently complained about ADT overcharging me. They spoke to me but could not give me a satisfactory answer and when I demanded to speak to someone who could they said the person was busy and would phone me back later. This was on around the 5th of August, I'm still waiting!! I want my money back.

Nothing else will suffice. I am also going to cancel my contract with them immediately. This is not how business should be run in this country people's money!!
