I sent tracker a message via the "my tracker" management tool asking to cancel my tracker service (I was compelled to take it by my then Insurance company), subsequently I've sold the car and changed insurer. They attempted to contact me once a week after my request, as such I cancelled my debit order. Today I recieved an SMS telling me my service is suspended, which is fine as I owe for the month of September and that my credit rating will be affected.
As far as I'm concerned they've made no effort to contact me and i've given them notice to cancel.
