Response to my query on monthly subscription

On Monday, 16 September 2013 an email was sent to ADT regarding the incorrect monthly deduction made at the beginning of September 2013 (R374-00) instead of R295-00. A Ref. No. EDB 553 752 E218 was provided & to date no response has been received, knowing that the next deduction is due next week & the same error will again me made.
Secondly, last night (Friday, 27 September 2013) @ 23:16 the alarm went off accidentally & NO call was received from ADT to check whether everything was in order - this is a breach of their conditions regarding alarm responses!
