I received a call from ADT on the 23-09-2013 at around 11:46 to be informed that the alarm had gone off at my premises, since no one was home I requested for a patrol car to go out, and to please be informed as to what is going on, as I feared the worst. To my horror not one person called me back, I had to keep calling and not 1 person could tell me what was going on. I was thrown from pillar to post for 1 hour and 15 min until a gentlemen by the name of Lishen was able to assist. To make matters worst the alarm went off @ 11:39 and the patrol cart was only at my premises @ 12:15and you guys say quick response, which is a joke. I am disgusted with the serand the ppl they employ. Before I could speak to Lishen I got through to a lady named Gertrude, who had no manners what's so ever, and sounded half drunk! She kept shouting at me and wouldn't even let me speak. I am now looking to change to a company who values their clients unlike ADT
