Totally disappointed with your service!!!

I have being a customer for the past 7 years with ADT & I am totally disappointed with the service that I have received from you guys on the 25/03/2013
At around 11.45pm my alarm went off & before I could proceed to the phone the call was cut. I was a bit hesitant to even proceed to the rest of my house like any other person would have been shocked to wake up to your alarm going off. I waited for ADT to contact me again & it was over half an hour with no response from the call center & no vehicle was dispatched to my property. On 26/03/13 I contacted ADT to enquire why no one had contacted me & the gentlemen advised me that my alarm did go off but no vehicle was dispatched to my property, he also agreed that it was wrong on their part but he didn't have any idea why this happened. I requested to speak to a manger but was advised that no one was in & he had noted down for one to call me back shortly. I called in again that night to speak to a manger & was told that nothing had been noted down for a manger to contact me... Which was so disgusting & disappointing!!! What if there was someone in my house & I eagerly waited for ADT to arrive???
