Debit Order Cancelled still deducting

When I moved out my previous premises, I informed CPS that I moved to another premises, and they please must cancel the debit order against my account because I am not reciding their anymore. This was done on the 22nd of July 2013. The debit order went of again, although Mr Michael Pires sent me an e-mail that the debit will be changed. July, August and too my surprise again September it went off. Now I must go and close my bank account and open another bank account, due to that they can not follow up and change what they must change. Or I must go into the bank and write back the debit order, what is really not convience for me. Please help, I phoned them last weet to inform them to follow up, but today on the 27th of September they just took the money again, although Michael Pires stated in his mail that it wont go off and he moved it to the 1st of everymonth
