On 25 June i called the Call Centre and informed them that i am in the process of selling my vehicle and require a settlement figure. The amount was given and i agreed to continue with the process and also requested a copy of the settlement agreement as discussed telephonic-ally (not received to date). I agreed that the settlement amount be debited at the end of June as this is what i was told. The amount nor the email was never received or debited from my account. Instead i was billed for a monthly fee as per usual. On given date i returned the debit as an un-authorized debt as this was not the agreement. I emailed Netstar and informed them what has happened. To date no one has phoned me to discuss, they only respond via email - a few days later as there is a delay in response due to high call volumes (not very satisfying to hear if you know your life may depend on a call). They went and debited me with far more than the agreed amount on 19/07 and the debit again was returned. I was informed via SMS that i need to pay?? I have subsequently requested the voice recording of the date of the discussion, yet to no avail.
This is in contradiction to the CPA!!!
