Didn't responde to urgent call

On Saturday my son was robbed in front of our house, they were in a VW polo we phoned ADT immediately to see if they can find the POLO. Up to now they didn't even sent a car to our house. But when we have to pay they can sent your a bill and sms. THIS IS VERY BAD AS MY SON COULD HAVE BEEN ABDUCTED AS WELL.
