Tracker installed but not working

On Tuesday a guy from tracker came and installed tracker in my car, but he told me he doesn't get a signal from my tracker i must call Call center which i did, i spoke to Calvin at night around 9pm he promised to call me to inform if is working or not, which he never did and i called in the morning (around 6AM SPOKE TO THE LADY FORGOT HER NAME) to found out what happened last night just to be told that the was an error on the system, the lady promised to call me later which she did but she told me they will investigate that was around 7am.

i waited until 11am nothing happend, i called and spoke to Thabo, he promised to fix the problem. up until now i dont know if my tracker is working or not im even thinking to change to another supplier, i have used almost R70 of my airtime calling calling calling.
