Still no feedback

I have posted a complaint on hellopeter regarding the pathetic service of this company on the 14 th of January 2012. They responded that somebody will contact me. On the 18th of January 2012 I wrote another response and still nobody has even contacted me. I cancelled my service and still nothing. Wakeup ADT and smell the coffee we are 2 weeks later with nothing from your company.
