Trelidor disaste

My Trelidor was incorrectly installed. We asked the branch to com and fix it. Which they did, but with promises of things to be done, which never happened. The Trelidor is not installed correctly, it is not working properly, the promises made were never done. I am so ver unhappy! If only the Trelidor and company could do what is expected from a brand like Trelidor. I need someone to come and replace the door that is not working. I need the locks changed as discussed to be used from both sides. I need an option to automise. I need the door to be installed cirrectly. I need the promised that were made, to be delivered. I need service an feedback. I need action.
