Want me to pay for warantee repai

Been a client of Regal for past 7 years. Only had to return products twice, both times it was a big palawa. First, I bought a ET garage door motor which got extremely hot once you connect it to electricity. Took it back only to be informed the brand new motor need to be send away for repairs, and it would take up to two weeks. Took the motor directly to ET to speed things up, only to be informed this is an 2 year old motor and is out of guarantee. Had to go all the way to the branch manager, Deon Mouton to got it fixed. He promised to get back to me about ET's claim that it is a old motor, but never did. More recently I bought a CISA elektrica lock, which worked only intermittedly. Took it in, they send it away for repairs. Ten days later I had to phone them as I was still awaiting feedback. They said there is a repair cost of R189.00 that I would have to pay. I phoned my rep, Simion who said that cannot be as the lock is not even 2 months old and still under warantee, he will follow up and get back to me. Needless to say again no feedback. I phoned again to be informed Regal will pay half! Unbelievable! No-one can give me straight answers, all just blaming someone else.
