My ET500 plus automatic slide gate motor was still under guarantee. Send it in for repairs on 1 February. Goods repair receipt no: ARC002650. One month later (1 March) the installer received empty promises for weeks that the motor will be fixed soon. I have send a e-mail to head office regarding this matter. Received no response. Then I called the Pretoria branch where I handed the motor in for repairs.( 012 460 - 4550Johan told me that he received an e-mail from head office that the gate motor must be replaced. He (Johan) will phone the installer of this to collect the new motor, as I am the client who wrote this letter to head office. The next day when the installer wanted to collect the new motor, (as agreed over the telephone) Johan told him that the motor is still in for repair, and will be ready for collection the NEXT Monday. This is not fair. I tried to phone Johan but apparently he was bussy. The receptionist promised me that Johan will phone me back, but he never phoned back, after I explained my dissatisfaction to the receptionist.
