I own a Centurion D2 Turbo and it has recently started to give me problems while still under warranty. The warranty expired in March 2013 and I am afraid that the warranty is going to expire and the problem not sorted out yet.
I am taking the gate motor back to Centurion Nelspruit for the 4th time now! Every time they exchange the DOSS unit with another repaired unit as they say that is how they work with warranty items. Needless to say, the motor works for a few days fine, then starts with its trouble again. Every time it's the same story. The motor only opens up to a random point, and then sticks. I had the rail already tested and the gate can move freely with the clutch disengaged, so the problem is with the motor every time.
My point is, I am getting really fed up with this kind of warranty service. Every time I need to remove the gate motor and take it back to Centurion, causing me loss of time at work as well as inconvenience.
I demand that someone step up to the plate and sort this problem out once and for all. I am even willing to pay in for a better model if that is what it takes!
