Again ANOTHER motor needs replacement

I booked in my Bissel for a motor that had blown TWICE now. I picked up my motor on 21/05/2013 and ONLY got back yesterday (7/06/2013) only to use it for the first time. This morning 08/06/2013 I used the vacuum for the first time and JUST after using the vacuum in my lounge area, the motor was SO hot I could not touch it, with closer inspection, I saw that the top part had separated from the motor, the handle piece that is.
This is now TWICE in less than 9 weeks!!! Now AGAIN Michelle told me I must book it in for a week.
HOW THE am I going to clean the house this time? You going to give me a loan unit???
I am sick and tired of this! I have tried being nice, NO joy!
Take the Motor and give me something else! This is NOT fair, you did NOT complain TAKING my money and now I must struggle my off to get joy out of you imbeciles!

So pull up your socks and SORT ME OUT! I am NOT asking for too much!
