PLS CANCEL MY CONTRACT

Can somebody please cancel my contract. I just found out that i am out of contract from dd:2012-03-24 but i"m still getting billed. I'm getting sms saying i'm owing an amount of R211 and legal steps will be taken agains me. I only agreed to have the devise installed as it was part of the package from my insurance company. I never had to call you guys for any assistance. I never even received any notication or any sort of communiction regarding the termination date. I'm not owing you anything and i'm not gonna pay you anything, i just want my contract cancelled.
