I'm paying for a service that is not there

Greetings

I have signed up with Tracker by the year 2011. The wrong module was installed in the vehicle while i was arranging for the right module to be installed the vehicle was involved in a car accident and it was written off during 2011 September. I asked tracker to cancel the contract they told me that they can only cancel when full amount of the contract duration is paid up. I asked them to move the module to my private vehicle, to this day they haven't done. i no longer want to use the service since they service is pathetic. The best thing they can do is to cancel the contract after all they have been billing for the service which is not there. iwill be happy if the contract is cancelled and all the money that i paid be refunded with immediate effect
