2 MONTHS - NO RESPONSE!!!

After replying to a promotional sms several times during November 2012 with no response, (Although a promise was made to be contacted within 48 hours) I tried to get hold of someone who can assist me and eventually were referred to a lady by the name of Jeanine, After leaving two messages with here colleague (Maureen) which was a waste of time. I eventually got hold of Jeanine by phoning her AGAIN and she promised me to find out why I was not contacted for the promotion... her promise to "personally phone me back" also never materialised!!! That was during December 2012. On 17 January I once again phoned and yet again left a message with Maureen and explained my frustration once again to her and she promised to give the message to Jeanine. The contact number for Jeanine and Maureen is 082 888 . I am sick and tired of phoning them and not getting any reply. This is not the kind of service that I expected of a company like ADT and I am highly disappointed by their service!!!
