Jeanine worked really hard at recovering my excess and although it took 18 months from the accident, she continued to pursue the claim, phoning me this afternoon with the good news that she had won the case. She was so pleased she had one and was delighted to tell me. Periodically she sent me sms's so I knew she was still trying. Awesome service, thanks Jeanine and Outsurance!
