Good Service From Jeanine at OUTlegal

We were involved in a light car accident in April this year. After we paid the excess amount to have our car repaired, Jeanine at OUTlegal kept us informed and up to date all the way. There were delays due to the other "guilty" party not reporting the incident to their insurance company, and we could not get our excess back untill they did. Eventually Jeanine sorted it out for us, and informed us on 3 October that the excess is being refunded to us. Thank you Jeanine and OUTsurance!
