My car is damaged

I've send my car for tracker installation last week friday with everything working properly in my car and immidiately before i took the car i notified them of lots of light flashing on my dashboard. My Aircon, fuel gauge and exterial temperature moniter are not working. Tracker people i've been communicating to have been sending me to one person after another and an e-mail was also send to Alan-the CEO. I'm going back to Richards Bay on Monday the 09-10-2013 will leave my car with tracker Richards bay and i want a working car. I never though a big company like tracker will deny to take responsibility and play dodgy games. I have full history of my car and 't afford to lose now because of tracke
