I have been with the company for three years and lately the system has been doing some weird things. On the weekend I did not activate it but received a call from the call centre that the alarm went off??? this has been happening for quite some time. I call ADT and they tell me I must pay to have someone (a technician) to come check the problem?? I have to pay for a faulty radio or whatever it is that is giving out false signals??? Can't a technician come out and fix the thing or replace it?? it's a rented system for 's sake and when I subscribed with ADT it was not changed as they found no faults in it, only knows how old that radio is and I have to pay to have it fixed. Can someone at ADT who has common sense, reasoning capability and customer service please assist.
Oh also have customer service training organised for Brandon (one of your call center agents).
