Tracker system affected my car lights

Tracker installed a unit on my car and suddenly my car lights were not working. Tracker took responsibility and reconnected it accordingly since the installer never connected it correctly from start. To cut a long story short, tracker doesn't want to take responsibility and the dealership says, since they tampered with wiring. Ford proof to them that is the problem. It has been going like this for almost 2 months now, hope the issue will be resolved now
