On Friday 30 August i received the following email (no telephone call or sms) from Tracker: Good day,

"Your Tracker unit in vehicle XXXX seems to be unresponsive. If you know of a reason for this, please email your response to [Email Removed] or call 011 215 1982 to have the matter resolved.
Your safety is our primary concern."

I responded to say that i did not know of a reason for my unit not working and could i please receive a report on how long it had been unresponsive for and what should i do to correct it. I received a return email stating;

"Thank you for your email. Kindly note that your query has been logged with the relevant department and you will be contacted as soon as possible."
On Monday 02 September i called Tracker and was told a technician would call me to set up a time to come check my device. To date i have received no call or voicemail from a technician.
On Wednesday 04 September i sent another email and got another automated response but still no call or response.
This lack of response is shocking. I have been driving for 10 days (i was informed when i called that my device had already been unresponsive for 5 days) without a working device
