Worst service I ever encountered

I received a quote from them on 24 July 2013 and paid the amount in full on the same day. They did some work 3 weeks later and left the job unfinished. I am still waiting for them to finish and supply me with the certificate I paid for. Every time I phone they have some excuse. I will never do business with them again.
