On the 2 May 2013 I terminated my services with ADT by means of an email. I received a computer generated acknowledgement the same day. On 19 June 2013 I received a call from an ADT consultant and I was told I will be reimbursed for the amount incorrectly billed. I made several call to different ADT agents with more "reassurances " about reimbursement. I also submitted 3 more emails to ADT and 1 to their legal department (Moses Davidson) after speaking to him. Still no acknowledgement and being totally ignored. They recovered their equipment and now it seems I am no longer important to them. I spoke to another agent today, 4 September 2013. and she says there is nothing on my profile about my request to be reimbursed.
Could you please assist.
